I have been involved with Thread for the past 3 years. I started my freshman year in Thread when I was recruited by the editor in chief at the time in a crowd of people at a music festival in Chicago which is so random, but definitely fate. Thread has given me so many opportunities at Ohio University as well as given me lifelong friends who I cherish deeply. Thread has been the perfect creative outlet for me while being in school and has taught me skills that I will not only carry with me through the rest of my college career, but the rest of my life as well. I had no idea what was in store for me when I first started with Thread but something must have went right since I now have the honor of getting to be the editor in chief. I am so grateful for this magazine, the people involved, and the magic we create!
