Hello! I am currently in my sophomore year here and am majoring in Animation with a minor in Studio Art and also a certificate in Game Design. I first heard about Thread my freshman year here at the organization fair but assumed it was only for those in fashion and photography so I never signed up. Eventually, I heard they were looking for illustrators at Threads and that’s how I quickly got sucked into the Thread team! I have enjoyed working with the members here at Threads and meeting new people at OU. Especially the design team as we’ve been able to begin creating some amazing designs, spreads, and illustrations to look out for! I am so thrilled to be a part of the creative team of this magazine and see how it evolves day by day.

Outside of Thread, I work on creating illustrations and character designs as I continue to master my craft. I enjoy playing video games, reading, drawing, and listening to music. I hope to work for a game company, creating illustrations or character designs for the games! I have recently gotten into 3D rendering and wish to pursue that in the future. I have always found a love for video game designing and the entire process of creating characters for people to play and enjoy! Here’s to so many more exciting years at Thread :)
